Free Wheel North

Free Wheel North website

Free Wheel North is a cycling development charity working towards creating a fairer, healthier society by enabling people of all ages and abilities to cycle as part of their everyday life. They have a wide variety of adapted bikes, trikes, side by side, hand cranks, family bikes and go karts available for use at their dedicated track at Glasgow Green for £1 per person. They teach and encourage people of all ages and abilities to cycle. They have a dedicated team of cycle trainers with many years experience in delivering specialist group and individual instruction. They organise regular, safe and sociable group rides exploring Glasgow and its surroundings. Cyclists of all abilities are welcome to join their free rides. They have a cycling hub in Maryhill at Lock 21 with a bike repair workshop and regular group rides, suitable for beginners and for those looking to explore the cycle paths around Glasgow. Bikes are available for hire at both sites.
