Virtual Film Screening of ‘Let’s Go!’

June 18, 2020 - 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

For the past two years, playwright Lewis Hetherington and filmmaker Geraldine Heaney have been working with Bike for Good’s participants, volunteers and staff to document and explore how young people and adults are getting involved in helping make Glasgow a more sustainable, cycling friendly city.

  • First, join us for a Welcome introduction to the film hosted by Lorna from Bike for Good.
  • Next, we’ll all watch ‘Let’s Go!’ together.
  • Finally, we’ll host an informal post-screening chat to check-in with you all and to share stories about bike riding, climate change and staying connected.

VeloCommunities, the 1000th project to receive funding from the Scottish Government’s Climate Challenge Fund, aims to get Glasgow’s commuters out of their cars and onto their bikes to help reduce local carbon emissions.

Bike for Good enables people to lead healthier, happier lives. We offer activities and a space for the local community to gather and share our passion for cycling!
